Sports Session Fee

Session Fee Policy- Please read.

A session fee is required for any student or child who will be photographed.

After the session, families who have paid the session fee will receive access to a digital proofing gallery, along with a coupon code that can be applied toward a future order. If you do not select your pictures in order by the deadline, you will receive a basic package A, With the image selection made by the Photographer. No changes will be made past the deadline. 

Students who do not pay the session fee will not be included in the proofing gallery. These students Well, only take a photo for the composite team picture if needed. 

The session fee includes access to the digital selection gallery. Customers who do not order by the deadline will receive the basic package and the image will be selected by the photographer. A $35.00 makeup fee for any student missing their scheduled date who need a makeup date.

Late orders WILL NOT be accepted pass the ordering deadline. 

Prints, packages, and digital images are sold separately.
