Sports Session Fee

Session Fee & Ordering Policy

A session fee is required for every student or child who will be photographed.

Families who pay the session fee will receive access to a private digital proofing gallery after the session. A coupon code will also be provided and may be applied toward a future photo order.

All image selections and orders must be completed by the posted deadline. Customers who do not place an order by the deadline will automatically receive Basic Package A, with the image selected by the photographer. No image changes, substitutions, or revisions will be permitted after the deadline.

Students who do not pay the session fee will not be included in the individual proofing gallery. When required, they will only be photographed for the team composite.

A $35 makeup fee will be charged for any student who misses the scheduled photography date and requires a separate makeup session.

Late orders will not be accepted after the ordering deadline.

Prints, photo packages, and digital images are sold separately.
